Talking Circles

Service Description

A Talking Circle is a space to build deep connection, break down themes around mental, spiritual and inter-relational challenges. It's a paced and intentional practice in processing conflict, trauma and general life experiences with those you share time, energy and commitments with. It is an environment to learn how to foster the skill of pealing back fear and instead, growing the muscle of vulnerability in a means to hold space for each other in various relational spaces.
